Program contracts and service agreements become valid upon Sunlust confirmation of the booking by letter, fax, e-mail or telephone. A deposit of €300 per trip member is requested at the time of confirmation. The remainder of the total cost is payable 60 days before the beginning date of the tour. If complete payment has not been received, Sunlust is not obligated to accept the client or conduct the tour unless prior arrangements have been made.


Cancellations of confirmed bookings received more than 45 days prior to departure are subject to a cancellation penalty of 300 per person. Cancellations received between 44 and 31 days prior to departure will be subject to a penalty of 50% of the total tour rate. Cancellations received under 30 days prior to departure will be subject to forfeiture of the entire tour rate. Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.


Sunlust liability to passengers transported in its own vehicles is governed by the laws of Ethiopia, and all claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the court of Ethiopia in which the cause of action arises. Although every possible care is taken to safeguard you and your property, Sunlust accepts no liability or responsibility for loss or damage of any personal effects. Sunlust will use its best efforts to assist as a ground handler for our clients in dealing with third parties such as hotels, airlines, and other transport companies and travel agents. However, Sunlust cannot be held responsible for any loss or harm such as sickness, injury, death, or additional costs incurred due to denied boarding, overbooking, cancellation, or delay caused by a third party. We may not be held responsible for the amendment of rates that occur beyond the control of our agency, or changes/alterations to the agreed program which are made at the client’s request. There are no refunds for unused portions of the agreed program.
